About us
C&S was founded in Arezzo in 2018 with a clear idea: to grow jewellery and accessory brands across Europe and the Middle East, online and offline. We handle distribution and coordinate the sales network in every market we serve, with a direct presence on the major marketplaces and through our own e-commerce.
Being present on the ground is the basis of how we work. We look after window displays and how the product looks inside the store — shop by shop, around what each client needs.
We also check that every product meets the regulations of the countries it is sold in, and we handle customs procedures and the paperwork each market requires ourselves.
Today we serve clients in 42 countries through a network of 32 agents — from independent jewellers to chains with dozens of stores, through to large-scale retail and the pharmacy channel.

Who we work with
Online
We sell directly on the major European marketplaces and through our own e-commerce. Stock is spread across 7 warehouses in Europe, which means very fast delivery anywhere on the continent and strong customer support.
Jewellers and goldsmiths
This is our core business and the channel we come from. Our sales staff look after every store in person: window display, choice of assortment, fast restocking.
Retail chains
Some of the largest retail groups in Europe have chosen us as a partner for the reliability and efficiency with which we supply hundreds of stores. We coordinate assortments, timing and logistics across the whole network.
Large-scale retail
Structured supply for large-scale retail. Logistics, labelling and packaging meet the required specifications, and planning is agreed well ahead of each campaign.
Pharmacies and parapharmacies
Medical-grade steel, ear-piercing systems and displays designed for the counter. A channel we cover with dedicated contacts and logistics built around a pharmacy's rhythm.
Travel retail and pop-up
Islands and corners in shopping centres, transport hubs and on cruise ships. We handle the fit-out, the product selection and the supply.
International wholesale
We coordinate distribution with foreign distributors and importers to widen coverage across each territory, working alongside them on assortment and launch strategy.

We operate across Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. Our commercial network knows each territory; the Arezzo team coordinates certifications, customs and local requirements, so partners receive products ready for market.

Safety is engineered
We came to medical devices from distributing jewellery, and we did the least obvious thing: we opened a research programme. It produced AV Mask Pro, a graphene filter that does more than stop viruses — and does it in complete safety for whoever is wearing the device.
Graphene inside, not on top
Our research team developed a bioactivation process that builds graphene into the polypropylene polymer itself. It is not a coating spread over the fabric: made this way, the filter releases no nanoparticles to the person breathing through it.
Don't take our word for it
Antiviral and antibacterial activity is measured by accredited third-party laboratories, against Sars-CoV-2, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
Whatever touches the skin
Hypoallergenic, latex free, spunbond lining. Safety and performance come before anything else.

An ordinary mask stops the virus and leaves it there, still active on the fabric in front of your mouth. The graphene filter in AV Mask Pro works against it: that is the difference between a barrier and a defence, and it is the reason this project exists. Five layers in the FFP2, three in the surgical one — washable twice at 30°, autoclavable twice, good for three uses.
